Our insurance company is seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our compliance team as trainee compliance officers. As a trainee compliance officer, you will work alongside experienced compliance officers and senior management to ensure that our company complies with relevant regulatory and legal requirements. You will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure that our company meets its regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure that our company meets its regulatory obligations.
Conduct research and analysis on regulatory requirements and changes in regulations.
Participate in internal audits and reviews of compliance controls.
Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business or finance.
Excellent analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
FCA Certifications
We provide a comprehensive training programme for successful candidates, which includes in-house and external training on relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices. We are Ideally looking for candidates that are in the process of obtaining Regulatory certifications and qualifications.

If you meet the requirements, and you are selected to join our team, you will have a 24-month contract with a starting salary of £30k per annum, exclusive of bonuses and incentives.

Our insurance company has offices nationwide, and there are potential opportunities to work from some of our international offices as part of your growth within our organisation. We promote from within and actively recruit new trainees every 6 months. Promotion within the company is on a performance basis.
