Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess the organisation's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Work with other departments to provide training and guidance on compliance issues.
• Ensure that employees are aware of and understand their compliance obligations.
• Conduct compliance audits and investigations as needed.
• Identify compliance risks and work with the organisation to mitigate those risks.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on compliance activities for management and regulatory agencies as required.
• Work with other departments to develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or finance.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• FCA Regulatory Certifications 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering compliance training.
