Experienced Mortgage Advisor
We are a leading mortgage brokerage firm based in the UK, providing our clients with expert advice and support in securing the best mortgage deals available. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the regulatory requirements of the UK mortgage market provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on mortgage products and lending criteria
Prepare and present mortgage applications to lenders, ensuring all required information is provided in a timely and accurate manner
Keep up-to-date with changes in the mortgage market, including changes to products and lending criteria, and communicate these changes to clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Meet or exceed set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Thorough knowledge of the UK mortgage market and products available
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
