Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will provide professional and comprehensive advice to clients on a range of mortgage products, ensuring they are well-informed and able to make the best possible decisions for their financial situation.

Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored advice and recommendations on a range of mortgage products to clients, based on their financial situation and needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Managing the mortgage application process, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations, product offerings and market trends to ensure clients receive the most appropriate advice.
• Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure a smooth and efficient service for clients.
• Working to meet and exceed individual and team targets, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification is essential.
• Advanced Mortgage Advice Certifications
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
