Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, developing financial models, and preparing financial reports to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions
• Develop financial models to forecast business performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Analyse financial statements and reports to identify trends and performance metrics
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex financial data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in financial modeling software such as Excel and financial reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• CFA Qualified
