We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee ESG Analyst with FCA Certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues and their impact on businesses and financial markets. In addition, the candidate must have knowledge of FCA regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on companies' ESG policies and practices and analyze their impact on financial performance and risk.
• Monitor news and trends related to ESG issues, such as climate change, social justice, and governance standards.
• Work with senior analysts to develop ESG ratings and rankings for companies and sectors.
• Participate in meetings with clients and present research findings.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant FCA regulations and guidelines, and ensure compliance in all aspects of the work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• FCA Certification.
• Knowledge of ESG issues and their relevance to financial markets.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
